was hat es mit dem Dienst PresentationFontCache.exe auf sich ?

mein Ressourcenmanager zeigt mir mitunter bis zu 30% Auslastung nur über diesen Prozess an

kann man da was tun ?

normal sollte man den Dienst stoppen und deaktivieren können

über Systemsteuerung/Verwaltung/Dienste findest du die Übersicht der Dienste

dort suchst du den Dienst Windows Presentation Foundation-Schriftartcache 3.0.0

sollte der aktiv laufen, beendest du den und stellst ihn danach auf deaktiviert

das sollte es gewesen sein

bei mir steht der Dienst auf manuell, wie finde ich heraus ob er trotzdem aktiv ist ?

alles klar, trotzdem läuft der Dienst im Hintergrund obwohl er laut Dienste Übersicht nicht gestartet ist, wie kann das sein ?

das kann ich nicht beurteilen weil ich nicht sehe ob du aktive Software nutzt, die den Windows Presentation Foundation-Schriftartcache 3.0.0 benötigt

schau dir den verlinkten MS Artikel an, da steht eigentlich alles drin

mist, ich hatte die Fontcache3.0.0.0.dat nicht gelöscht traurigsein

das war das Problem bei mir

ähm, du meinst die alte Fontcache3.0.0.0.dat oder ? weil wenn der Dienst deaktiv ist wird ja keine neue mehr angelegt
