ich soll hier auf einem älteren System Windows XP installieren

wie kann ich herausfinden welches Servicepack auf der CD vorhanden ist?

WIN51IP - mit Service Pack 1
WIN51IP.SP2 - mit Service Pack 2
WIN51IP.SP3 - mit Service Pack 3

WIN51IP.SP3 hab ich gefunden, also sollte das SP3 mit dabei sein?

ich muß noch mal nachhaken

auf der XP CD meiner Kousine fehlen die WIN51IP - mit Service Pack 1, WIN51IP.SP2 - mit Service Pack 2 und auch WIN51IP.SP3 - mit Service Pack 3

d.ah. also da ist noch kein Servicepack integriert, soweit klar

reicht es denn wenn ich das SP3 da einbaue oder müssen die ersten beiden auch mit drauf?

das ist so klar leider nicht

ich zitiere mal die bewußte Stelle aus dem oben verlinkten Artikel:

habs fertig
eine XP CD mit allen Servicepacks, jetzt installier ich ihr den ganzen Klumpatsch noch schnell und dann rennt die Mühle hoffentlich

Treiber liegen alle bereit

bin seit 10 Minuten fertig

das System läuft schon ganz gut, aber wo finde ich für das AMD Mainboard mit 800er Southbridge Chipsatztreiber? der Treiber fehlt mir irgendswie

das ist ein Asrock Mainboard mit 880G Chipsatz und dazu die passende CPU
