hallo
ich interessiere mich für die Xonar Soundkarten, aber so ganz steig ich da noch nicht durch

welches sind denn die aktuellen Karten? weil da gibt es noch welche mit PCI Slot und welche schon mit PCIe, sind das die aktuellen Soundkarten oder mischt Asus da kräftig durcheinander?

Wir haben aktuelle Xonar Karten im Sortiment. Es hat nur nicht jeder genug PCIe Steckplätze zur Verfügung, weshalb es auch normale PCI Steckkarten gibt.

Und am Ende kommt es dann nur darauf an, was du genau haben willst (Low-profile, nur mit Kopfhörerverstärker oder Mulktichannel-System ect).

Dann wählst du entsprechend aus. :)

das ihr die Karten im Sortiment habt, weiß ich, deswegen frag ich ja

und den Unterschied zwischen PCI und PCIe krieg ich auch auf die Reihe, wir sind hier ja nicht im PCGH Forum Augenzwinkern

wenn ich dich jetzt richtig verstanden hab, bietet Asus die Karten also sowohl als auch an (PCI und PCIe), so daß ich mich auf die Features konzentrieren kann

Ja, man kann sich im Prinzip rein auf die Features konzentrieren. Chips sind ja dieselben (PCIe / PCI).

Ich konnte sie bei einem Kollegen der sich eine Asus Xonar geholt hat, mal zu Hause probehören, und ich wollte gar nicht mehr aufhören bei Battlefield3. Das hört sich schon extraklasse an.

wenn man viel Musik am PC hört, ich hab ein gutes 5.1 System von Teufel, sollte man dann besser eine ASUS Xonar D2X/XDT oder doch die ASUS Xonar Essence STX nehmen?

Games zock ich natürlich auch

Hallo,

ich persönlich würde wahrscheinlich zur Xonar D2X tendieren. Habe aber die Essence STX auch noch nie gehört.

bei der ASUS Xonar Essence STX mußt du aufpassen, die hat nur analoge Ports für 2.1 Systeme

alles darüber hinaus muß digital angeschlossen werden

leider werden wir die Karte nicht kurzfristig bekommen. Es wird leider noch denke ich 2 bis 3 Wochen dauern.
