hallo
ich müßte für zwei Samsung Festplatten einen Garantiecheck machen, nicht dass das irgendwelche Grauimporte sind

aber wie mach ich das? bei Seagate funktioniert das über diesen Link nicht und die alte Samsung Prüfung geht nach der Übernahme durch Seagte nicht mehr nenedu

angeschrieben? nein hab ich nicht

ich wollte einfach nur wissen ob meine Samsung F4 EcoGreen 2000GB eine EU Garantie hat oder nicht, früher war das bei Samsung ja möglich, jetzt bei Seagate wird meine Festplatate über die Abfrage von Seagate nicht gefunden und das nervt mich

nu erwarte aber auch nicht zu viel
Seagate hat grad den Festplatten Kram von Samsung und La Cie übernommen, warum sollten die jetzt schon einen funktionierenden Support haben? Augenzwinkern

hilft mir aber auch nicht weiter

das funktioniert noch bei keinem

deswegen hatte ich ja geschrieben, du solltest den Support anschreiben

das Tool läuft bei mir leider nicht

Samsung hat aber geantwortet, meine Festplatte ist in der EU Garantie, also alles ok

meine Erfahrung mit dem Samsung Emailsupport sieht so aus, dass recht flink antworten, ich hatte bisher immer innerhalb von 36 Stunden eine Reaktion

Seagate sollte trotzdem schnell an den Festplatten Garantieabfragen arbeiten, weil so gehts ja nicht
