wie kann man unter Windows 7 kontrollieren, ob eine SSD richtig ins System eingebunden wurde und der Trim Befehl aktiv ist

hi Limpetto

um den Trim Befehl zu kontrollieren mußt du mit Adminrechten deine Konsole öffnen und dort fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify eingeben

erscheint danach eine 0 ist der Trim Befehl aktiv, erscheint eine 1 ist der Trim Befehl inaktiv

leider ist die Anzeige aber nicht viel wert
denn ob der Trim Befehl wirklich umgesetzt wird, zeigt dir kein Tool glaubhaft nachvollziehbar an

er zeigt mir 0 an, also ist Trim aktiv

was müßte ich für eine SSD unter 7 noch beachten, damits gut läuft und ich keine Probleme kriege?

na mal sehn

auf jeden Fall mußt du die automatische Defragmentierung von 7 abschalten und besser auch die Aufgabenplanung

dann solltest du die Laufwerksindizierung und den Schreibcache (falls überhaupt aktiv) abschalten, die Systemwiederherstellung ebenso

in der Konsole mit Adminrechten wieder dies eingeben:

FSUTIL behavior set disablelastaccess 1

damit schaltest du die Dateiprotokollerung ab

das müßte erst mal soweit reichen

das sieht schon recht gut aus
achtet aber darauf, der Superfetch Dienst ausgeschaltet ist ! das Puffern von Festplattendaten im RAM wäre bei SSDs obsolet

Das Thema Alignment wäre ebenfalls sehr wichtig, dabei geht es um die Ausrichtung der Grenzen von Partitionen in Relation zu den Adressen der SSD Speicherblöcke

wie ist das eigentlich, wenn ich ein Festplatten Image auf eine SSD schiebe
werden von 7 die Einstellungen dann auch automatisch gemacht?

nein das funktioniert nicht
wenn die Einstellungen automatisch laufen sollen, muß Windows 7 nach dem Einbau einer neuen SSD auch neu installiert werden

schwierig
du kannst die Leistung nur über Benchmarks im auge behalten
fällt sie nach einer zeit deutlich ab, ist Trim nicht aktiv

was hast du denn für eine SSD und an welchem Controller läuft die?

als Infotool Crystal Diskinfo und als Benchmark Crystal DiskMark oder auch AS SSD Benchmark
findest du alles hier Augenzwinkern

DriveControllerInfo ist auch sehr gut zum Auslesen der angeschlossen Laufwerke incl. AHCI, ATA Modus usw.
