hallo
bitte dies nicht als direkte Kaufberatung verstehen, sondern eher eine Technik Frage

ich kaufe mir demnächst einen neuen Monitor, wohl was aus der 24 bis 27 Zoll Klasse, eventuell einen 4K Monitor

was sollte solche Monitore an Anschlüssen haben, damit es keine Probleme gibt ?

der Monitor sollte über mindestens einen DisplayPort-1.2 Eingang verfügen. Bei 4K-Displays ergibt auch ein HDMI-2.0-Port Sinn, um darüber die 4K-Auflösung mit 60 Hz darstellen zu können, was für die Bildschirmarbeit sehr wichtig und gut ist. HDMI 1.4 wäre nicht so gut, da reicht die Bandbreite nur für 4K mit 30 Hz. Dadurch wirken Animationen auf dem Desktop ruckelig, z.B. beim Verschieben von Ordnern auf dem Desktop.

ja, aber ich halte USB Ports an einem Monitor nicht für wichtig, das sagt nichts über die Qualität eines Monitors aus und wohin das führen kann, wenn so etwas halbherzig implementiert wird, sieht doch bei AVM

eine kleine Anmerkung noch und was oft vergessen wird

es sollten grundsätzlich alle Verbindungskabel zwischen Monitor und Rechner austauschbar sein, es gibt nichts überflüssigeres als einen Monitor bei Problemen einschicken zu müssen wegen eines fest verbauten Datenkabels, oder eines fest verbauten Kaltgerätekabels, so etwas ist nicht mehr Stand der Technik

genau das Problem hatte ich vor 3 Wochen und das bei einem teuren Markenmonitor von Dell
