hallo
ich hab den Verdacht das sich auf dem Windows Home Notebook meiner Freundin beschädigte Systemdateien befinden, es reagiert seit einigen Tagen sehr zäh und stürzt auch mal ohne Fehlermeldung ab

der Patchlevel ist aktuell bei Build 14393.693

sfc /scannow hab durch und chkdsk auch, beides war ok

Malware hab ich lokal und über weitere externe Scanner geprüft, alles ok

was könnte noch tun ?

hallo

versuch das mal über dism zu lösen, öffne dafür die Eingabeaufforderung mit Adminrechten und gibt dort dies ein:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Prüft ob ein Fehler schon in der Registry enthalten ist


Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Prüft die Datensätze (Partition) nach Fehlern


Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Prüft und behebt Fehler in Windows Update



Danach das System neu starten

soweit bin ich erst mal durch

bisher läuft das System sehr gut, ob es so bleibt ?

ich teste weiter
