kann es sein dass das normale Windows 10 Home einen anderen Key verwendet als die Windows 10 Home N Edition ?

ein Kollege hat sich einen USB Stick für die Installation von Windows 10 Home erstellt, bei der Installation dann aber die N Edition also ohne Mediplayer usw. ausgewählt, die wird nun nicht aktiviert

das funktioniert nicht, für die N Edition braucht er einen N Edition Key und für die Installation einen USB Stick mit der N Edition

aber man kann doch bei der Installation die Edition auswählen oder nicht ?

natürlich kann man das, wenn man ein Upgrade macht

aber nicht wenn du einen Installations Stick mit den fertigen Installationsdateien lädst, da muß die richtige Version schon drauf sein

mir ist das gestern auch passiert, falsche Version auf dem Stick für eine Clean Install erstellt und schon wird nicht aktiviert
