hallo

auf dem Rechner einer Freundin gibts Trouble mit der ntoskrnl.exe

es kommen immer wieder Blue Screens mit dem Hinweis dass die ntoskrnl.exe fehlt oder beschädigt ist

der Rechner ist nur zum surfen da und hat XP SP3 mit allen Updates, Treiber usw. aktuell

am System wurde nichts geändert, Malware hab ich keine gefunden (mit mehreren Scannern geprüft)


was sollten wir jetzt tun?

fang am besten mit einem Test deines RAMs an und teste auch jedes Modul einzeln

dazu gibts eine Anleitung von PC-E

ok

danach solltest du unbedingt auch die Systemfestplatte mit Hersteller Tools und/oder mit dem Drive Fitness Test überprüfen

die Festplatte hat einen ganzen Sack voller defekter Sektoren nenedu

ist das einfach nur Zufall das beides gleichzeitig kaputt geht?

was hast du für ein Netzteil?

nicht das eines deiner Geräte das System mit extrem hoher Restwelligkeit befeuert, das wäre schon eine erste Erklärung

nicht so dolle ist die Untertreibung des Tages, das ist übelster ...aber lassen wir das

hol euch schnellstens ein aktuelle Markennetzteil wie z.B. dieses hier , sonst kannst du deine neuen Rams und Festplatte bald wieder entsorgen

auch
daraus ergeben sich fast immer viel zu hohe Ripple and Noise Werte und das ist dann die Säge an deiner Hardware

das Enermax Triathlor 385 Watt ist drin

es ist auch leiser als das InterTech, das kommt schon mal gut

dann hast du jetzt die Fehler Symptome beseitigt: RAM und Festplatte

und die Ursache sehr wahrscheinlich auch: das minderwertige Netzteil

das hat er gepackt doku

keine Probleme, keine zu hohen Temps und auch sonst fiel mir nichts weiter auf

was ich ihr noch erneuern werde sind die Gehäuselüfter, die klackern wie blöde

was sollte ich da kaufen? es müssen 120mm Lüfter sein

schau dir am besten mal das neue 120mm Lüfter Roundup 2013 von PC-E an, die Lüfter taugen auch was
