warum ist dann der Logitech Bluetooth Service auf dem System aktiv ?

da stimmt doch was nicht

zur Info: Bluettoth ist eine größten Baustellen von Windows 10, verursacht Treiber Probleme, Windows Update Probleme und einiges mehr

da solltest du mal ansetzen

Hallo seipe,

wenn du keine Bluetooth-Geräte verwendest, warum ist dann die Software installiert? Windows 10 ist nicht gerade ein Freund von BT, es verursacht unerklärliche Systemfehler.

Ich empfehle die Deinstallation dieser Software. Danach versuch bitte noch einmal den Offline-Scan zu starten und teile uns das Ergebnis mit, danke.

Hallo JT452, was für Bluetooth-Software meinst du. Den Dienst von Logitech habe ich deaktiviert. Ebenso Bluetooth im Gerätemanager. Bei mir lässt sich bei den Diensten der windows defender advanced threat protection-Dienst nicht starten. Er bringt Fehler 13. Die Daten sind unzulässig.

Sieh dir bitte mal dein HJT-Protokoll an, genauer die Zeile 30. Dort findest du Angaben über den Installationsort der Logitech-Software.

Diese Meldung findest du auf jedem Windows 10-System, wenn der Dienst vom Anwender gestartet werden soll.

Die Dienste solltest du nicht ändern. Microsoft hat sich etwas dabei gedacht, deshalb findest du bei uns auch keine "Optimierungen" der Dienste.

Du hattest weiter oben geschrieben, dass du eine Neuinstallation machen möchtest. Ist das geschehen und der Fehler beim Offline-Scan trotzdem noch vorhanden?

Sollte ich jetzt die Logitech-Software deinstallieren oder nur den Bluetooth-Dienst deaktivieren? Zu einer Neuinstallation bin ich noch nicht gekommen.

Bitte zunächst die Logitech-SW deinstallieren, neu starten und dann der nächste Versuch mit dem Offline-Scan.

um das zu beurteilen braucht man einen richtigen Systemzugriff und keine Ferndiagnose, das bringt so nichts

meine Empfehlung: entweder Inplace Upgrade Reparatur oder sauber Neuinstallation

ob einem das den Aufwand wert ist kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil es gibt ja noch den zweiten Teil des Artikels und eben den Offlinescan über USB Stick usw. und der wird garantiert funktionieren

Bin noch nicht dazu gekommen.

Habe soeben eine Reparatur von Win 10 nach Anleitung in diesem Forum gemacht und der Offlinescan
funktioniert jetzt.

Na okay,

das hättest du natürlich schon viel eher machen können, eine Option ist es bei vielen Systemfehlern. Sind denn noch Fragen offen zum Thema?
