hallo
ich kriege immer einen Code43 wenn ich meine externe Festplatte an meinen PC anschließe
ist das ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung?

Windows 7 Pro, alle Updates
Intel Core i5-650
Sapphire HD5850
MSI H55M-ED55
2x2gb Ram von Kingston
Lian Li PC-P50 Armorsuit
Tagan Superrock 500Watt Netzteil
externes Festplattengehäuse von Fantec ohne Netzteil

das wird sehr wahrscheinlich am fehlenden Netzteil für das externe Gehäuse liegen
hast du das denn mal hinten am Mainboard versucht?

ja die Ports habe ich alle durch
wenn ich im Gerätemanger mal in die Eigenschften/Stromversorgung des USB Hub Controllers reinguck, stehn da 500mA
da ist wohl nicht genug oder?

das reicht ganz ganz selten
ich hab hier z.B. eine Seagate Momentus 5400.6, die braucht fast 1 Ampere
wenn ich jetzt kein externes Festplattengehäuse mit eigenem Netzteil hätte, häte ich das gleiche Problem

also entweder holst du dir ein externes Gehäuse mit Netzteil oder einen guten USB Hub mit eigenem Netzteil, beides hilft

Hi

es gibt noch die Möglichkeit ein sogennantes Y-USB Kabel zu nutzen.
Dafür brauchst du aber am Rechner 2 freie USB Anschlüsse..

danke aber ich hab nur noch einen USB Port frei

welcher USB Hub wäre zu empfehlen?

hol dir am besten was von Hama oder D-Link, da macht man am wenigsten verkehrt

den hier hab ich selbst und bin seit 1,5 Jahren zufrieden

mein Hama USB Port ist gestern gekommen
alles schön angeschlossen und keine Probleme mehr, im Gerätemanager ist auch alles sauber fröhlich

es kneift zwar noch woanders, aber dazu mach ich einen neuen Thread
