guter Hinweis das mit der SMS Abofalle, das wird auch immer verrückter

ich raste bald aus
diese Woche hab ich noch keinen einzigen Tag gehabt, wo mein Emailkonto von Alice funktionierte

das gibts doch nicht böse

dann ruft man da an und hört immer den gleichen Mist von wegen Wartung

um ein System zu warten muß es nicht ständig abgeschaltet werden. web, freenet, GMX und all die anderen haben diese erheblichen Einschränkungen nicht

das steht auch bei mir, aber was bedeutet "in Kürze" ? diese Woche, diesen Monat, dieses Jahr?

der Forenthread im Alice Supportforum ist auch schon 5 Seiten lang, dort wird gemunkelt das es wohl erst ab Montag wieder läuft, das wären dann 5 Tage

e-Mail Abruf geht jetzt wieder, allerdings nur über Outlook.

Senden über Outlook funktioniert aber nach wie vor nicht

ich weiß das ihr alle sauer seid, das wär ich auch

aber nun gebt ihnen noch ein paar Tage, das wird schon und so leicht scheint das Problem nicht zu beheben sein, besonders dann nicht wenn der Registrierungsserver dran schuld ist

die Email Probleme von Alice/O2 waren gestern sogar Thema in der Tagesschau

heute kam eine Email:

Sehr geehrter Herr xxxxxx,
es tut uns sehr leid, dass es aufgrund eines Software-Updates in den letzten Tagen zu
Störungen in unserem Festnetz gekommen ist. Falls Sie davon betroffen waren, möchten
wir uns hiermit in aller Form bei Ihnen entschuldigen.
Wir unternehmen selbstverständlich zukünftig alles, um solche Störungen zu vermeiden.
Schließlich liegt uns sehr viel daran, dass Sie unsere Leistungen jederzeit in vollem Umfang
nutzen können.

so langsam pendelt es sich wieder ein

die Emails kommen langsam, aber sie kommen wenigstens schon mal

ich bin gespannt was sich Alice/O2 da einfallen lassen, denn mit ner plumpen Entschuldigung ist es nicht getan

es scheint wieder alles ok zu sein, ich hab keine Probleme mehr, hat ja auch nur 10 Tage gedauert

Heute gab es übrigens folgende MAil von Alice/O2:

na ja
der gute Wille ist erkennbar, aber mehr auch nicht

ich hab nicht vor deren Videothek zu nutzen oder mir deswegen ein neues Telefon zu kaufen

dafür das sich Alice bzw. O2 dabei nicht unbedingt mit Ruhm bekleckert haben, bieten sie erstaunlich wenig an

ich weiß net wie es bei euch ist, aber das Netz fühlt sich heute irgendwie langsam an, egal ob im Büro oder daheim

das kannst du ja schnell ausprobieren, einfach mal die Java Plugins im Browser deaktivieren
