Hallo,
ich habe mir heute das HS Medusa Progamer 5.1 SL-8793 gekauft. Am Anfang funktionierte es. Tadellos. Doch nun geht das Mikro nicht mehr !!! Das HS lässt sich aber weiter nutzen. Kann mir jemand sagen was ich nun zu machen habe, wegen Support oder Garantie oder Reperatur........

das ist doch ganz einfach

wenn etwas neu gekauftes defekt ist, reklamiert es dort, wo man es gekauft hat

Das Problem ist, ich habs bei ebay gekauft ! Das war ein Händler der hatte hunderte von den Dingern. Das komische ist ja, dass es am anfang noch ging. Doch dann als ich es einmal aus der Steckverbindung gelöst habe, ging das mikro nicht mehr. UND DAS MIKRO IST ABNEHMBAR DAS STEHT SO BESCHREIBEN !

ich verstehe dein Problem nicht

wenn du bei Ebay etwas kaufst und das funktioniert nicht mehr, dann reklamierst du es bei dem, bei dem du es gekauft hast

nur was sollen wir dabei machen ? verwirrt

Naja , ich dachte jemand kennt sich da aus mit der anfälligkeit von dem mikro..... ich weis net.....oder jemand dem das auch passiert ist.
