Hallo,
habe auf meine PC ein vista und ein Linux 11.0 installiert. Linux in in einem logischen Laufwerk. Der Grub bootmanager gibt mir beim Start die Auswahl zwischen vista und Linux zu wählen. Nun möchte ich noch ein zusätzliches OS (WinME oder XP) installieren. Wie stelle ich das an? verwirrt Es soll auch im Grub manager die Auswahl des weiteren OS möglich sein. Wenn alles richtig geklappt hat, könnt Ihr eine Übersicht über meine Festplatten sehen.

wie man eine Multiboot Umgebung mit Vista, Linux usw. richtig anlegt, kannst du hier nachlesen

aus deinem Partitions Chaos werd ich nicht schlau

Danke, ich hoffe ich bekomme das hin. Habe mir die Seite mal angesehen. meine Frage galt im übrigen nciht meinen chaotischen Partitionen, die dadurch entstanden sind, dass ich einmal die ganze Festplatte sichern musste, weil mein PC in Reparatur ging (garantie) sondern nur, ob ich beispielweise ein Partition frei machen muss und daraus eine primäre partition machen muss.

Nicht jeder Computer - Inder hat es.

mit deinen jetzigen Partitionsverteilung wird dein Vorhaben nichts, da mußt du einiges ändern

aber das steht ja auch alles in der Anleitung

Ist mir schon klar: Unpartitionierten Bereich schaffen. OS da hinein installieren und Bootloader bearbeiten. Hoffe dann funktioniert suse noch.

mir gehts nur um Windows ME

das wirst du mit 2GB RAM im Leben nicht zum Laufen bekommen, auch nicht mit den bekannten Tricks

das nur mal so am Rand

für den Rest hast du ja schon einen Artikel und hier hast du gleich noch einen
