wie kann ich in Outlook 2003 alle Emails in den Outlook- Ordnern so sichern, dass sie mit nach Linux nehmen kann?

wie man sowas machen kann steht

ob und wie gut es funktioniert kann ich nicht sagen, ausprobiert hab ich es nicht
